Initiative Leadership Project Plan

This is the project plan for an ILT course for Leadership. It was to develop skills to lead a large scale project/initiative for the organization.

What was my role in this Project?

  • I designed, developed and delivered this ILT course

  • I worked with three SMEs to ensure quality and accuracy

  • I broke the course into 4 main modules and several sub-modules

  • I delivered the course, using PowerPoint in 4 separate sessions
