PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Merrill DataSite is the industry leader in Virtual Data Rooms. We offer a software solution to host due diligence materials online for Merger and Acquisitions deals as well as important business information for warehouse storage, IPOs, financing and much more.
Version 7 of our online Virtual Data Room software is due out in January. All internal as well as external clients need to be taught how to use the new software. Tracker is the piece that internal employees use to access individual DataSites and statistical information. The reporting features in v7 are quite different than the older version. This course will walk Executive team members through logging into the new system, learning the new layout and running reports to pull statistical information from the new application in order to evaluate sales and marketing needs for the organization.
Learning will be presented in a blended format. A short face-to-face class, but all materials will be kept online and organized in a fashion so future employees can use them in a self-study fashion.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The learners will be individuals that are highly educated executives. They are both genders and very experienced. They understand the need to run the reports and pull information the information to perform analysis. Executive assistants may be required to learn the system. The Project Manager group will have a need to pull information also. They are a bit younger and less experienced. PMs have more time to spend on training. An overview is listed below:
