This training was developed to deliver to front line leaders in order to have a process to make decisions when they are under pressure.

What was my role in this Project?

• I designed, developed and delivered this training

• I did a lot of research and consulted with one SME to validate that content was relevant

• I matched group exercises with each of the objectives in the course.

• The delivery took about one hour including group exercises
