A Little About Me...

Hello! My name is Kristi and this is my instructional design portfolio. I received my Instructional Design Certificate in 2012 from the University of Wisconsin - Stout after falling in love with Learning and Development and teaching others. In addition, I have my Change Practitioner Certification from Prosci. My Bachelor's of Science in Biology was obtained form the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.

I have over 15 years of experience in the Learning and Development industry. I have experience in eLearning and ILT facilitation, as well as curriculum development. I am energetic and collaborative with expertise in training strategy oversight, budget administration, staff development, adult learning models, and instructional design models including ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and SAM (Successive Approximation Model).

As a change management leader, I am instrumental in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process changes to improve employee performance, enhance the learner experience, and close skill gaps. I possess technical expertise in Captivate, proficiency in Sum Total and Litmos LMS, Zoom, and Salesforce.

When not working, I enjoy reading, crocheting and cooking.
